Blog post 14- An escape from family- Chuck Logsdon
I want to preface this blog post by saying that I love my family. However, we see quite enough of them all year and especially around the holidays. Thankfully Thanksgiving every year is an escape from the abundance of family time. Every year we go to Nashville, Tennessee to spend Thanksgiving with our longtime family friends. I really enjoy this tradition because me and my brother get to hang out with our friend Owen as opposed to spending hours on my grandma's couch. I also prefer this because these friends are excellent cooks and always make exceptional food for the holiday. My favorite memory of thanksgiving is when I tried the breakout games for the first time in Nashville. We were able to escape and it was a lot of fun. This tradition is a lot of fun and I hope that even as I get older and become an adult I can still continue it.
