An open letter to my future college roommate, whoever they may be.

Hello! I am looking forward to sharing a dorm with you next year. Well maybe, it really depends but regardless of how you are as a roommate I will always be mindful of the fact that this is a shared living space. By that I mean I would prefer a clean dorm but on your side you can keep it however you wan't you are paying for housing too. One important factor is that I would like get to know you. I am not particularly outgoing but I would like to make an effort to become friends with you so that when I am in my dorm I have someone I can talk to about the stress of college. Also however dirty you keep your personal state I would like you to at least make sure there is no strong smell. That would be very bothersome and would be rather annoying.
