Assignment 10- Caroline Blitch- Zombie vs. Grandma with a Shotgun

A survival plan for a zombie apocalypse would depend on the details and background of the apocalypse but since I don’t have any I’ll just make them up as I go.  This would be the only time in my life when I would wish my family had guns in our house. But luckily, my parents are friends with the owners of Bud’s Gun Shop. Naturally we would visit them to arm ourselves. Then we would take a trip to the least busy grocery store and stock up. After that we’d return home and relax. It’s unlikely that zombies would break into our home and even if they did 1.they are slow and 2. we are armed. Zombies are also not very intellectual so it would not be difficult to survive. The apocalypse would be more of an inconvenience than a real threat. To be honest the bigger threat to society and everyone’s safety would be the public’s chaotic behavior. In times of disorder, people tend to act foolishly. I would honestly be more scared of some of neighbors with guns than I would be of zombies.
