Assignment #13-Caroline Blitch- Thanos Knows What's Up

The human population continues to grow exponentially and before you know it our planet won’t be able to provide for all of us. Climate change and limited resources are already taking a toll on the earth and destroying the lives of whole communities and regions. That is exactly why the movie Infinity War must be seen as more than just an action packed superhero movie for kids. It is a solution to our problem. It is unlikely that we will be able to reduce reproduction rates and even more unlikely that people will begin to care for the environment. Therefore, we must consider wiping out half of the population or at least a fourth. It would be completely random just like in the Marvel movie. If scientists can figure out a way to remove that many people at once in such a peaceful and nonviolent manner, pinning it on aliens or some higher power would not be difficult. People would never suspect the government to be capable of an instantaneous genocide without a trace of bloodshed. Once people see how beneficial the reduction in population is they will no longer be mad.
